3. Ordering Process

When you place an order:
1. You receive an email confirmation that your order was received
2. We process and prepare your order
3. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:
• Suspicion of fraud
• Error in product or price information
• Unavailability of the item

In such cases, you will be notified and refunded if payment has already been made.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

We accept most standard payment methods, including:

6. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original condition
• Items must include their packaging and accessories

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

We do not accept returns for:
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)


7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide:

• Photos of the item(s) received
• A short explanation of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed.
